簡要規(guī)則描述：為了保持三林鎮(zhèn)三林老街核心區(qū)域內(nèi)整治效果，提升管理區(qū)域安全系數(shù)，防范因人員侵占空地、跨店經(jīng)營引起的規(guī)劃外支出，切實(shí)維護(hù)地塊范圍內(nèi)的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、制止和糾正違章搭建、亂設(shè)攤、亂晾曬、亂堆物、排放污染物等行為，確保三林老街的環(huán)境整潔與有序經(jīng)營，本項(xiàng)目擬選取一家合適的服務(wù)單位為采購人提供三林老街核心段及延伸段日常巡邏服務(wù)。服務(wù)區(qū)域：老街核心段及部分延伸段范圍（南至三林塘港南岸，北至三林路，西至長清路、東至三新路的主路及非居民區(qū)支弄）。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:In order to maintain the remediation effect in the core area of Sanlin Old Street, Sanlin Town, improve the safety factor of the management area, prevent unplanned expenditures caused by personnel encroaching on vacant land and cross-store operation, effectively maintain environmental sanitation within the scope of the plot, and timely discover, stop and correct illegal construction, indiscriminate stalls, indiscriminate drying, indiscriminate piling of objects, and discharge of pollutants, so as to ensure the clean and orderly operation of the environment of Sanlin Old Street, the project intends to select a suitable service unit to provide daily patrol services for the purchaser of the core section and extension section of Sanlin Old Street. Service area: the core section of Lao Cai and part of the extension area (south to the south bank of Sanlintang Port, north to Sanlin Road, west to Changqing Road, east to the main road of Sanxin Road and non-residential area branches).
