（5）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Have the qualification certificate of water conservancy engineering quality inspection unit (measurement grade B and above); (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
