4.本項目不接受組成聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possess independent corporate legal personality and hold a valid business license; 2. Possess a second level or higher qualification for professional contracting of construction and decoration engineering, and also have a valid safety production license; 3. The project leader should have the qualification of registered second level constructor or above; 4. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
