簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為提升臨港新片區(qū)公交公司職工隊(duì)伍的整體綜合素質(zhì)，重視安全教育，強(qiáng)化服務(wù)意識(shí)，以確保公共交通的安全穩(wěn)固發(fā)展；同時(shí)為不斷推動(dòng)組織創(chuàng)新和管理能力，以確保管理人員保持高水平、專業(yè)化的素質(zhì)。根據(jù)《上海市人力資源和社會(huì)保障局等四部門關(guān)于各區(qū)使用地方教育附加專項(xiàng)資金開展職工職業(yè)培訓(xùn)工作的指導(dǎo)意見》，公交公司是城市交通系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分，職工的工作技能直接關(guān)系到服務(wù)質(zhì)量和安全保障。擬通過此次職工教育培訓(xùn)，提升員工專業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及應(yīng)急處置能力。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見磋商文件第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
