簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程位于上海市浦東新區(qū)曹路新市鎮(zhèn)中心片區(qū)C5-4地塊，東至C5-5地塊，西至C5-2地塊，南至銀峰路，北至C5-1地塊，占地面積約2.****公頃，主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容為配合曹路新市鎮(zhèn)中心片區(qū)C5-4部分地塊土地儲備項目建設(shè)，對紅線范圍內(nèi)的電力管線實施搬遷等。

2、具有“國家能源局監(jiān)管局（或國家電力監(jiān)管委員會）”頒發(fā)的承裝、承修、承試五級以上（含五級）電力設(shè)施許可證；
3、安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
4、供應(yīng)商擬派項目負責人具備機電工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責人；
5、單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
