Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project is intended to implement the Zhuqiao Town comprehensive waste disposal project, including on-site collection of rural household waste, removal of household waste from residential areas, and removal of household waste from enterprises and institutions; Construction and decoration waste in residential areas, large waste from residential areas, green waste, and rural agricultural waste are cleared and disposed of.
合同履約期限：招一續(xù)二，合同一年一簽。（擬定期限為****年2月**日至****年2月**日，首年度合同日期為****年2月**日至****年2月**日，如完成采購時間為****年2月**日以后，則首年度合同期限按照簽訂服務協(xié)議日作為起始日計算。）

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力及相應的履約能力；
（2）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購；
（3）符合《關于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
（4）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動；
（5）法人依法設立的分支機構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標時，應提供依法登記的相關證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動并承擔全部民事責任的書面授權(quán)。法人與其分支機構(gòu)不得同時參與同一項目的采購活動；
（6）本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標，不允許合同轉(zhuǎn)讓與分包。
